Outlook Integration offers similar features as with Exchange integration, but with a plug-in for Outlook. Integration is seamless to the user and transparent to Exchange.      TimeZone Module   The TimeZone module is an optional advanced module which allows you to view and manage Resources in Multiple TimeZones.    Report Writing The WhiteSpace® database has been specifically designed to make writing reports easy. You can write reports using standard SQL Server tools then attach it to a WhiteSpace® menu.      Alerts and Report Scheduler   With this powerful tool reports can be automatically run and emailed to named users, or specific items monitored and email alerts automatically sent. Additionally, charts or summarized data can be generated throughout the day and displayed within your Outlook Today screen.
