Timewatch's Outlook Timesheet entry system runs within MS-Outlook and can utilize the user's Calendar to suggest timesheets from Appointments. Timesheet entry from Outlook Calendars saves users considerable time and helps improve timesheet accuracy.

As the Outlook Timesheet runs within MS-Outlook, users can easily switch from timesheet to calendar to Mail and as it is designed with the same look and feel as Outlook, users require little or no end user training.

Users can enter timesheets directly, or from the Calendar Suggestion.

From the timesheet Suggestion, the user can accept, modify or reject timesheet suggestions. Accepted items are automatically entered into their Outlook Timesheet.
