Ribbon Menu places all everyday commands at the users fingertips, the system is
so intuitive little or no end user training required.
Flexible timesheet entry options include
Hours-Decimal, Hours-Minutes, %age entry as well as importing time from their
Time&Space® schedule and where Exchange Server is used, users can
optionally import time from their Outlook Calendar. |
Administrators can define entry rules to ensure
users can only log time to the projects assigned to them. Timesheet analysis
levels are definable so you can match your corporate terminology and timesheet
entry rules such as the levels of analysis required, minimum hours and whether
manager approval is required is definable.
