Custom fields is a powerful facility allows you
to create new fields, name them, specify their data type, attach them to an
area of the system and even use them in Drill Downs and Reporting.
For example you may wish to group and report
upon Projects by Industry Sector, Location or Type of work, define new Budget
fields or capture other information specific to your installation, and with

Custom fields are automatically added to the
relevant screen and the system dynamically adapts the database to make new
fields automatically available within the Report Writer allowing even novice users
to utilize the data in reports, charts and extracts.
