allow you to precisely value time spent on projects.
Cost rate values the cost of employees' time,
the second rate is used to value the recharge rate of time and is often used to
drive billing. The third rate is used where you are billing time to log what is
actually billed.

billing structures from time & materials and fixed price, milestone, date
and %age billing.
