Timewatch® - Implementation Services

Timewatch utilize a proven 11 stage implementation methodology for our enterprise level on-premises solutions. The methodology can be tailored to suit the exact requirements of each customer, and is documented and agreed upon by all parties at the project initiation. This approach ensures all areas of the implementation process are discussed and addressed and that realistic expectations are set.

Training courses are instructor led, multiple attendee courses which cover the core areas of each system / module.

Courses are typically made up of up of a number of 1-2 hour sessions and follow set agenda. Although courses do not cater for individual needs, they can be augmented with one-on-one Personal Training which can focus on a user's specific knowledge gaps or offer mentor style training to assist in system setup.

Although we recommend all users be trained, often organizations combine Training Courses and Personal training to initially train key personnel who can then train other users within your organization.

Train-the-trainer is the most common knowledge transfer approach used by medium to large organizations.

Instead of a structured course approach, during our system design phase our consultants analyze your needs and work with your team to map out a custom training program for your key users.

Our trainers focus on the key areas your users need to learn to configure and operate the final solution in the way your organization works. With full and complete knowledge of your system your administrators can then train your users directly.

Personal Training delivers personal, one-on-one training and is an excellent way for users, particularly administrators and system implementers to begin learning and implementing your system.

Each user is allocated a Personal Trainer who works with you to agree an agenda to work through, then works with you through each area of the system at your pace.

Personal Training is certainly not the cheapest route to learn a Timewatch product, but from a return on investment point of view, it is probably the best way to ensure you achieve the best possible configuration for your implementation dollars.
