Our cloud solutions are designed to help you minimize one of the the major up fron costs of your implementation - training end users.

In addition to the intuitive design and user friendly in-line help, all of our products includes built-in end user training videos that cover all of the basic concepts.

The in-built videos are often sufficient for Essentials customers, however the Pro edition is highly configurable, the Corporate extremely configurable, the Enterprise is immensly configurable and Ultimate edition is ultimately configurable - so customers tend to take advantage of our implementation services. These include administrator and key personnel training and implementation configuration advise and optimization.

Training courses are available for all Timewatch® products and editions.

Our structured courses are designed to ensure your administrators and key users are fully trained, empowering them to extract the maximum return on investment in your Timewatch® system.

It is well known that hands on training increases retention by 20% over passive training and this increases to 75% when people are given the chance to practice what they have just learnt, and these are the key principles employed in our personal training program.

Training is performed on a dedicated sandbox database, using your own data that trainees enter and is entirely hands on, led by a personal trainer who remains with you throughout the program.

Although a little more expensive than standard training courses, personal training is our customers' favorite training program for good reason.

As Timewatch® products are highly configurable, it is important to ensure your system is designed and configured in the optimal way the first time around, particularly for the more powerful Pro, Corporate, Enterprise and Ultimatesystems.

Our implementation coaches typically work as mentors to assist your staff in designing and implementing your chosen configuration, as we find this encourages self sufficiency. However, we can alternatively perform this for you, then train your administrators. Whatever your preferred route, we can work with you to tailor your implementation program to suit your needs.

Perfect Start is an advanced program typically utilized by our larger customers or more complex Corporate, Enterprise and Ultimateimplementations.

Built into every cloud system is friendly, easy to use help desk system which has been specifically designed to help you manage communications with your end users and with Timewatch. From day-to-day support tasks such as fielding questions from end users, requesting help, advice, training or other Timewatch service, to logging and tracking progress on a suspected software fault, it couldn't be easier. You even receive your own user searchable knowledge base to log common questions & issues, answers and procedures.
